How A1 Valet Trash Works

Residents deposit their bagged household trash and or recycling in the A1 Valet Trash container provided. They then ensure the bag is tied closed, and the bin is set outside the apartment home. Residents are to place the bin outside from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday – Thursday. Trained porters from A1 Valet then begin picking up the bags at 8:00 PM.

Residents then bring their bin inside the unit the next day by 9:00 AM.

Valet Dry Cleaning and Laundry

Residents place dry cleaning or their bag of laundry in the parcel locker system at the community, or at the front door of their apartment home if no locker system is on site. Then the resident schedules a pick up time with A1 Valet.

Next, A1 Valet retrieves the articles that have been selected for cleaning. They then take the items are taken to be cleaned. The dry cleaned items are hung on hangers and covered by plastic to ensure cleanliness. Cleaned laundry is placed in a provided laundry bag.

Lastly, the items of clothing are then placed back in the parcel locker system or at the unit door if there is not a locker system.
